Ajay looks after Operations, Strategy and P&L. He has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in varied businesses ranging from FMCG, Telecom, Advertising, Public Transportation and Hospitality and for the last 12 years, he has been involved in running Sherwood Suites, with a client list that includes SAP, Accenture, Deloitte, Aditya Birla Retail, Visa, and Target among others. A fun-loving entrepreneur, he believes in detail orientation in all aspects of his work and that greatly pushes us all to go the extra mile for our customers!

Arun takes care of customer relations at FF21. Having worked in India and abroad in critical business development roles, his sales experience include working with Chrysler Capital in Computer Systems Leasing, DEC in Computer Systems sales, LRN in Business Development, Asterop (France) as Director of Corporate Sales while being a co-founder or a CEO for various startups. Living life to the fullest, Arun inspires us to live life to the fullest everyday!

Rahul takes care of Business Development and Sales. He manages the property acquisition and onboarding along with demand generation strategy. With over 20+ years of experience in project implementation, risk assessment and mitigation plans with companies such as Eureka Forbes, QuEST-Global, KVP Business Solutions, across roles of Sales, Marketing, Branding, Process Automation, After Sales Service, Franchise Management among others, he adds an important dimension to our team! His dedication and determination drives us to put on our game face every morning!

Shymali focuses on defining operations processes with the help of a strong technology backbone and creating a thriving community for FF21. Having worked with companies such as Mu Sigma and TheMathCompany with expertise in gathering business intelligence, strategy to improve customer experience & operations, building long-term client relationships and designing organisational policies, she adds the much needed productivity boost to our team! let's not forget the tech touch we all depend on!

Devanshi manages the transformation of the properties, the community initiatives, sales, social media marketing and human resources at FF21. With multiple years of work experience with companies like Zomato, Leo Burnette and DDB Mudra, she has a certain je ne sais quoi which helps her excel at marketing, advertising and account management. She adds the much needed people skills and fun element to our team!

Neha Arora N is the Founder of Neha Arora N Design Studio, and is the one behind the magical interiors of FF21. She is India’s leading Co-living and Hospitality interior designer, who designs for corporate clients, specializing in Co-living Spaces, Service Apartments, Student Housing, and Boutique Hotels & Resorts. At FF21, she sprinkles her ‘pixie dust’ in the spaces, to create a magical escape for all our residents!
